Channels turn the agent from something that answers questions into something that does work. Each is toggled on independently and configured in place; the tab header shows how many are active.

Ticket System

Lets visitors create support tickets directly through the chat agent. Set the label the agent uses when offering it. Tickets land in the Tickets tab of Conversations.

Lead Generation

Captures visitor information with a customizable form during the conversation. Build the form from fields of type text, email, phone, number or text area, each optionally required. Submissions land in the Leads tab of Conversations.
Ask for as little as you can live with. Every extra required field costs completions — name and email is usually the right trade.

Support Form

Receives support form submissions from your own website as leads. Same field types as Lead Generation. Use this when you already have a form on your site and want its submissions to arrive alongside everything else.

Web Agent

Allows the agent to search specific websites, or the internet, for answers it can’t find in your knowledge sources. Configure the URLs it’s allowed to consult.
Web Agent is a fallback, not a substitute for a knowledge base. Answers from your own trained content are more accurate and more consistent.

Cal.com

Enables visitors to book meetings directly through the chat interface. Configure your Cal.com username, meeting type and event URL. Bookings land in the Calls tab of Conversations.

Exit Intent

Shows a targeted popup when a visitor is about to leave the page. Configure:
Exit intent is easy to overuse. One trigger per visitor, a delay of at least a few seconds, and an offer worth interrupting for.

In development

WhatsApp, Slack and Telegram channels are planned and not yet available.
