Botric has two navigation modes: workspace (everything about one brand) and settings (everything about your account). The sidebar swaps between them.

The workspace sidebar

At the top sits the workspace switcher. It lists every workspace you can access, lets owners and admins rename or delete one, and offers Add workspace — which starts onboarding again. Below it, the workspace’s tools in five groups:
  • Get Started — the six-task setup checklist
  • Dashboard — headline scores and engagement
  • Brand Profile — your brand context and competitors
  • Knowledge Source — the content that trains your agents
  • Reports — monthly reports and full run histories
  • Analytics — AI traffic, Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Integrations — connect external accounts
  • Site Audit — technical health, page-level grades, priority fixes
  • GEO Audit — how ready your site is to be cited by AI engines
  • AI Visibility (GEO) — the main visibility report
  • Prompt Research — test prompts before committing them to tracking
  • Citations — which sources AI answers pull from
  • Competitors — benchmarking and share of voice
  • Blog Agent — Content Brain, topic discovery, blog generation
  • Page Agent — page-by-page fixes for audited pages
  • Chat Agent — build, theme and deploy your chatbot
  • Conversations — logs, tickets, leads and calls

Badges

Some items carry a count: An Upgrade pill on an item means your plan doesn’t include it. Selecting it opens Plans.

The top bar

  • Breadcrumbs — your position inside the workspace; each level is clickable.
  • Credit pill — your remaining credit balance. It turns amber as the balance runs low and red when it’s nearly out. Selecting it opens Credits.
  • Subscription chip — shows trial, cancellation or payment-due states.
  • What’s new — release announcements.
  • Docs, demo and support links.
On Site Audit and AI Visibility detail pages the top bar also shows the site’s favicon, its domain, the scan status (Scanning…, Scan Complete, Scan failed) and the market the scores cover.

Settings

Selecting Settings replaces the workspace sidebar with the account sidebar: Profile, Workspaces, Manage Admins, Plans, Subscription, Credits, Invoices, Contact Support. A back control at the top returns you to the workspace you came from.

Keyboard shortcuts

The command palette jumps to Settings, to the current workspace’s dashboard, or to any other workspace. Most tabbed pages keep their state in the URL, so you can bookmark or share an exact view:
