Settings → Workspaces lists every workspace your organization owns. The same actions are available from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.

One workspace per brand

A workspace is one brand and one website. Use separate workspaces for genuinely separate brands or domains — not for sections of the same site. Each workspace has its own audits, prompts, content, agents and conversations.

Creating a workspace

Add workspace starts onboarding again. Creating a workspace costs credits, because it triggers a Site Audit and a GEO run. If you’re already at your plan’s workspace limit, the control routes you to Plans instead — unless you’re on the top plan, where there’s nothing to upgrade to.

Renaming

Rename changes the display name only. Nothing else moves — reports, prompts and agents are unaffected.

Deleting

Deleting a workspace is permanent. It removes the site, every audit and GEO report, all knowledge sources, chat agents, conversations and generated content. There is no undo.
After a delete, Botric moves you to your next most recent workspace. If it was your last one, you’re returned to onboarding to create a new one.

Permissions

Only owners and admins can rename or delete a workspace. Members see the list without those controls.
