Sign-in

Check spam. Wait for the 30-second cooldown and choose Resend code. If it still doesn’t arrive, use Use a different email, or sign in with Google instead.
Codes are single-use and short-lived. Request a fresh one rather than retyping the old one.
Your session expired. Sign in again. If it keeps happening, clear cookies for app.botric.ai and retry.

Onboarding

The brand step retries automatically, and the competitors step has its own retry. If it keeps failing, your site may be blocking crawlers — check that with Site Audit → AI Crawlability once your workspace exists. You can enter the brand details manually and continue.
Usually a too-vague brand summary or an unusual niche. Go back to the brand step, sharpen the summary and core topics, and the competitor search will re-run. You can also add competitors manually.
Botric couldn’t crawl internal links. Use the step’s retry. If your site is a single-page app, confirm a sitemap is published.
Nothing was created — that’s deliberate. Start onboarding again from Add workspace.

Runs and reports

The page shows the error and a Retry control. Failed runs are refunded automatically — check your credit history to confirm.
Large sites take longer. The progress banner has a refresh status control. Runs continue if you navigate away or close the tab.
Saved prompts only appear from the next run onward. The overview shows a stale prompts banner when this is the case — re-run the analysis.
AI answers shift as models update. Compare two consecutive runs in Reports to separate model drift from a real regression.

Credits

The dialog shows what’s required, what’s available and the shortfall. Buy an add-on pack or upgrade. See How credits work.
Runs bill the full tracked-prompt cap plus your add-on prompts, not the visible prompt count. See the GEO billing rule.
Plan credits reset each billing cycle and don’t carry forward. Add-on credits do carry forward — check the split on Credits.

Chat agent

Confirm the domain is listed under Allowed domains, that the agent isn’t disabled in Settings, and that the script tag is present. Check your browser console for errors.
It has no trained knowledge, or none is linked on its Knowledge tab. See Knowledge Source.
The Knowledge tab flags them. Retry those items; if a file keeps failing, re-save it in a supported format (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, MD).
The FAQs tab offers Regenerate. Generation needs trained knowledge sources — confirm training completed first.
Show branding is a per-agent toggle on Info & Appearance, and requires a plan with custom branding.

Integrations

Botric matches your workspace domain against your verified properties and tells you which domain it looked for. Verify that exact property in Search Console — including the www / non-www and http / https variant — then reconnect.
Confirm the GA4 property is selected (a connection can sit pending a property choice), then widen the date range. Panels say explicitly when a period recorded nothing.
Your plan doesn’t include it. Google Analytics shares the Search Console entitlement. See Plans.

Access and billing

You’re at your plan’s limit. The control links to Plans — or shows Limit reached if you’re already on the top plan.
Those actions require the owner or admin role. See Manage admins.
