Botric has four tiers. Settings → Plans shows what you’re on, what each tier includes, and what changing costs.

The tiers

Custom plans exist for organizations with requirements outside these tiers. If you’re on one, the page says so and upgrade controls are hidden — you’re already at the ceiling.

What varies by plan

The comparison table groups features into four sections.
  • Plan credits per cycle — granted at the start of each billing period
  • Trial credits — granted during a trial
  • Workspaces — how many brands you can track
  • Sites — how many domains
  • Chatbots — how many chat agents
  • Message history (days) — how long conversation history is retained
  • Admin seats — team members
  • Site Audit
  • GEO Agent
  • Prompts — your tracked prompt cap per site
  • Content Agent
  • Reports & analytics
  • Custom branding — remove the Botric badge from your chat widget
  • Video/audio knowledge — transcribe media into your knowledge base
Additional entitlements gate individual pages: knowledge base, conversations, integrations, prompt research and omni-channel. When your plan doesn’t include one, the sidebar item shows an Upgrade badge.

Tracked prompt caps

Your plan’s prompt cap matters more than it looks, because a GEO run bills for the full cap: Paid plans also include a fixed number of add-on prompt slots per site, which you fill yourself from Prompt Research.

Billing intervals

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is the cheaper effective rate; switch at any time and the change is prorated.

Trials

Paid plans offer a 7-day trial. Starting one requires a card, and the plan converts automatically at the end unless you cancel. Your subscription status shows Trial and the plans page shows the end date. You can end a trial early and move straight onto the paid plan — your saved card is charged immediately.
A trial can only be used once per organization.

Upgrading

New entitlements apply straight away, and plan credits are granted for the new tier.

Downgrading and cancelling

Cancellation is managed from Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Downgrading below your current usage — more workspaces than the lower plan allows, for example — restricts what you can do until you’re back within the limits.
