Settings → Subscription manages the commercial side of your account: what you’re paying, when it renews, and the card it’s charged to.

Status

The status chip appears in the top bar throughout the app, so you always know where you stand.
Payment due and Expired block paid actions — new runs, content generation and workspace creation. Existing reports remain readable.

Renewal

The page shows your current period start and end, your billing interval, and the next renewal date. When a cancellation is pending, it shows the date access actually ends. Plan credits reset at the start of each cycle; the next reset date is shown here and on Credits.

Payment methods

Add, replace or remove the card on file. A valid card is required to start a trial and to stay on a paid plan.
Removing your only card while on a paid plan means the next renewal will fail. Add the replacement before removing the old one.

Payment failure recovery

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries. Once retries are exhausted the subscription moves to Payment due and a recovery banner appears across the app. Update your card and settle the outstanding invoice to restore access.

Cancelling

Cancel subscription stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the current paid period, then the subscription expires and access drops to free-tier limits.

Reactivating

A cancelled subscription can be reactivated before it expires — access simply continues and billing resumes. After expiry, choose a plan again from Plans.

Custom plans

If your organization is on a custom plan, this page says so and the standard upgrade flow is replaced by a note to contact us.
