GEO Reports give you a comprehensive view of your AI search visibility in a structured, shareable format. Use reports to track progress over time, share results with your team, and document your GEO strategy.

Generating a Report

Navigate to Reports

Go to Discovery > GEO Agent > Reports in the sidebar.

Configure the report

Select the time period and scope for your report. You can include:
  • Overall visibility scores
  • Engine-by-engine breakdowns
  • Intent analysis summaries
  • Competitor comparisons (if configured)

Generate

Click Generate Report. Botric compiles your data into a structured report.

Reading a Report

Each report includes the following sections:

Executive Summary

A high-level overview of your GEO performance including:
  • Overall visibility score and trend direction
  • Top-performing AI engines
  • Key changes since the last report

Visibility by Engine

Detailed scores and query counts for each AI search engine:
  • ChatGPT — OpenAI’s conversational AI
  • Perplexity — AI-powered research assistant
  • Gemini — Google’s AI search experience
  • Other tracked engines

Intent Breakdown

A summary of how your brand appears across different intent types — informational, commercial, transactional, and navigational.

Competitor Comparison

If you’ve added competitors, the report includes a side-by-side comparison of visibility scores and query coverage. See Competitor Analysis for more details.

Recommendations

AI-generated suggestions for improving your GEO visibility based on the analysis findings.

Exporting Reports

You can export reports for sharing or record-keeping:
  • PDF — A formatted document suitable for presentations and stakeholder reviews.
  • CSV — Raw data export for custom analysis in spreadsheet tools.
Click the Export button at the top of any report and select your preferred format.
Generate reports on a regular schedule (weekly or monthly) to track your progress and spot trends over time.

Report History

All generated reports are saved and accessible from the Reports page. You can:
  • View any past report
  • Compare reports from different time periods
  • Track how your visibility score has changed over time
