The Integrations hub lets you connect Botric with external tools and services. Integrations extend Botric’s capabilities by syncing data, enabling new workflows, and connecting your existing tech stack.

Gmail

Status: Active Connect your Gmail account to power the Email Agent. Once connected, the Email Agent monitors your inbox and generates AI-powered draft responses.

Zoho CRM

Sync your leads and customer data between Botric and Zoho CRM. When a lead is captured in Botric, it will automatically be created in your Zoho CRM.

HubSpot

Connect with HubSpot to sync leads, contacts, and engagement data. Keep your marketing and sales tools in sync with Botric’s AI-powered interactions.

Managing Integrations

Connecting an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Find the integration you want to connect.
  3. Click Connect and follow the authentication flow (typically OAuth).
  4. Once connected, configure any integration-specific settings.

Disconnecting an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the connected integration.
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting an integration stops all data syncing between Botric and the external service. Any pending sync operations will not be completed.
