# Contact support

> Raise a ticket with the Botric team and track your previous requests.

**Settings → Contact Support** opens a ticket directly with our team. It's also reachable from the **Support** link in the top bar.

## Raising a ticket

  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit">
    Slide to confirm and the ticket is created.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Writing a good ticket

The page's own quick tips, and they're the right ones:

* Be specific about your issue.
* Include relevant screenshots.
* Mention error messages if any.
* Provide steps to reproduce the problem.

<Tip>
  For a failed run, include the workspace name, the site, and roughly when it happened. That's usually enough for us to find the run without going back and forth.
</Tip>

## Tracking your tickets

**Previous tickets** lists everything you've raised with its current status — **Open**, **In Progress**, **Resolved** or **Closed** — and any replies from our team.

  Support tickets raised here are different from the [tickets your chat agent creates](/support/conversations) for your own customers. These reach Botric; those reach you.
